What you will do

  • Oversee content development for 5-7 large accounts in Clinical Services.
  • Lead department initiatives such as onboarding, student recruitment, and innovation.
  • Act as medical lead in brand planning, strategic development, and tactical plans for accounts and new business.
  • Develop and maintain account-specific SOPs, conduct training, and allocate resources across workstreams.
  • Supervise 6+ team members, provide feedback, coaching, and track development plans.
  • Resolve escalated issues between stakeholders and ensure adherence to company principles.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in life sciences or BA/BS in English with pharmaceutical agency/medical communications/healthcare advertising experience
  • Minimum 9 years in medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Managed markets promotional content development experience
  • Command of AMA style
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, PubMed, and Google Scholar
  • Strong written/verbal communication, analytic ability, self-management, and conflict resolution

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD or PhD)
  • Expertise in healthcare business/scientific literature for managed care audiences
  • Knowledge of managed markets, healthcare delivery, health reform, HMO/MCO/PBM
