Base Salary: $115,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with agency leaders to align solutions with their marketing strategies and support sales growth
• Act as subject matter expert on commercial solutions, positioning offerings strategically with agency partners
• Negotiate opportunities independently to meet sales goals
• Lead strategic initiatives internally and externally to drive innovation and commercial objectives
• Develop account plans, manage project activities, and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with internal teams including Client Services, Sales, Data, Product, and Finance
• Serve as point of contact for agency updates and develop reporting systems to demonstrate value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 5+ years agency experience in Healthcare/Pharma
• Healthcare experience required; Point of Care, Out of Home, Programmatic, Pharmaceutical (DTC/HCP), or OTC highly valued
• Expertise in digital media vernacular and measurement
• Comfort with data analysis, interpreting KPIs, and identifying actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
