What you will do

• Ensure happiness of care partners and clinicians
• Create strategies to engage clinicians who refer to hirify.global
• Support preparation for executive meetings with partners
• Build and grow relationships with health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners
• Leverage data for insights and new partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Operations teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare, preferably Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles
• Deep knowledge of health system or provider group models and economics
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels
• Thrive in ambiguity, driving outcomes and shaping strategy
• Operational excellence managing multiple high-impact customers
