hirify.global is a Series D mental healthcare platform that automates insurance administration to make therapy more accessible for patients and providers.

What you will do

  • Develop and strengthen senior-level relationships with commercial leadership at national health plan partners.
  • Analyze patient acquisition channels to identify segments with high appetite for deeper engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights for product and operations strategy.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to increase partnership stickiness and generate new demand.
  • Document commercial channel playbooks to enable scalable replication across other accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space.
  • Proven track record in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience on the commercial side of healthcare, such as at a digital health company with payer or employer channel exposure.
  • Ability to identify critical questions and form a strategic point of view in ambiguous environments.
  • Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
