What you will do
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting to help users resolve technical problems and answer questions.
- Collect and deliver user feedback to product and operational teams to advocate for improved user experience.
- Utilize CRM tools to communicate with users and track resolutions for data analysis.
- Investigate and solve complex technical issues through deep curiosity and research.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Tier 1 or Lead in a Customer Service Support role, preferably in technology.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts (EST), including weekends and evenings.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and comfort with new technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols, especially in Healthcare.
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems that require rigorous tracking.
