TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Compensation: $41–$48 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting to help users resolve technical problems and answer questions.
  • Collect and deliver user feedback to product and operational teams to advocate for improved user experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to communicate with users and track resolutions for data analysis.
  • Investigate and solve complex technical issues through deep curiosity and research.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Tier 1 or Lead in a Customer Service Support role, preferably in technology.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts (EST), including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols, especially in Healthcare.
  • Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems that require rigorous tracking.
