Salary: $52,400–$76,000 annually

What you will do
- Handle customer relations including complaint investigations, follow-ups, and resolutions
- Process quotes and orders, enter data into ERP and CRM systems, calculate pricing
- Communicate order status, product information, pricing to customers and internal teams
- Augment customer education on MSD product lines and uses
- Assist with departmental processes, training, statistics, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and other departments for order fulfillment and invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 6 years experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting sophisticated customers
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
- Excellent oral/written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic math calculations
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
Nice to have
- Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
- Life Sciences background
- Call center experience
- Second language proficiency
