What you will do

• Handle customer relations including complaint investigations, follow-ups, and resolutions
• Process quotes and orders, enter data into ERP and CRM systems, calculate pricing
• Communicate order status, product information, pricing to customers and internal teams
• Augment customer education on MSD product lines and uses
• Assist with departmental processes, training, statistics, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales and other departments for order fulfillment and invoicing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (or 6 years experience)
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting sophisticated customers
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
• Excellent oral/written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic math calculations
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
• Life Sciences background
• Call center experience
• Second language proficiency
