What you will do

• Handle extension requests for ongoing medical treatments and services.
• Manage revised authorizations for out-of-office referrals and follow up on pending requests.
• Coordinate requests with Primary Treating Physicians (PTP) and Secondary Treating Physicians (STP).
• Process determinations received by EDATA and maintain updated WC trackers.
• Send Work Status (WS) reports and Medical Records (MRs) based on daily lists.
• Respond to incoming emails and handle phone calls from patients and providers.

Requirements

• Must have experience in the medical field or healthcare industry.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 05:00 pm (US Time).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience with HMO and PPO insurance.
• Experience with Jot Forms or similar software.
