hirify.global provides Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions for healthcare organizations using its E360 RCM intelligent automation platform, serving hospitals, health systems, and ASCs nationwide with expertise in Veterans Administration, Workers’ Compensation, and denials management.

What you will do

  • Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems, including implant invoices, UB-04s, EOBs, and medical records.
  • Submit and monitor document requests to ensure timely receipt for claim processing.
  • Scan, upload, and store documentation and PHI per data handling standards.
  • Compile client reconciliations by gathering data and preparing reports.
  • Resolve reconciliations by researching claims, posting adjustments, and handling refunds/payments.
  • Support prebill work queue resolution while meeting KPI standards.
  • Partner with Client Delivery team to communicate findings and escalate issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management preferred
  • Familiarity with medical claims documentation and payer/provider processes preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
