Salary: $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives (Ontario)

What you will do

  • Analyze seller-facing systems, workflows, automation, and AI use cases to identify gaps, friction, and low-value activities.
  • Support lifecycle of tools, automation, and AI through intake, pilots, scale decisions, and signal quality analysis.
  • Handle user access administration for Sales Ops-owned tools, including provisioning, permissions, and compliance coordination.
  • Track workflow, tool, and system metrics; combine with feedback for actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement, IT, and Field teams to align on system workflows and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, systems analysis, analytics, or commercial program support.
  • Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data and feedback into practical insights.
  • Experience analyzing account lists, segmentation, and performance data.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; empathy for seller workflows.
