Salary: $120K – $150K base annual pay + equity

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development to integrate customer insights into acquisition strategies
• Lead design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on features to inform strategies
• Define and test levers for profitable user acquisition and partnership growth
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline
• 2+ years management consulting from top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience
• High comfort with SQL and complex data analysis
• Framework for problem-solving based on first principles
• Comfort communicating with front-line to C-suite
• High personal and team standards for excellence
