What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists, supporting both performance and growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations while driving accountability and strong execution.
- Plan and prioritize work, balancing short-term needs with long-term initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into structured, actionable plans and actionable feedback.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Analysis, Design, Development, Marketing, and Legal.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design, Law, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to manage projects from planning to execution and deliver measurable results.
- Data-informed decision-making skills and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Edmonton, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital, eCommerce, or data-driven environments.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation methodologies.
