What you will do

• Lead enterprise customers through successful software implementations and onboarding processes.
• Travel to customer sites to conduct and manage on-site implementation engagements.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Manage client relationships and perform risk management to minimize potential implementation disruptions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or application engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale on-site SaaS implementation projects.
• BSc/BEng/BA degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and professional client-facing communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, Montreal, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with specialized project management software tools.
