$85,000 to $130,000+ annually (base + uncapped commissions).

What you will do

• Contact borrowers via phone and email to process loan applications, collect documents, and move transactions through underwriting to closing.
• Engage customers quickly, sell loan benefits, and close deals in 1-2 calls using strong communication and critical thinking.
• Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions at various stages.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years recent experience as inside sales representative, preferably in fast-paced call center with short sales cycles; finance experience a plus.
• Proven success exceeding goals in highly commission-driven inside sales.
• Strong computer and organizational skills for managing CRM like Salesforce.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
