Salary: $120,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Lead the development of data products, datasets, and foundational dashboards for internal teams and downstream consumers.
• Partner with Platform Development and Data Governance to ensure reliable, well-modeled, and observable data contracts.
• Manage and mentor a small team of data and analytics engineers.
• Own the intake and prioritization of data solution requests, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
• Establish reusable datasets, models, and access patterns to enable self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building data products or analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and modeling.
• Experience with Databricks and Node.js/TypeScript-based services.
• Strong understanding of BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring engineers.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews at company locations.

Nice to have

• Experience enabling self-service analytics at scale.
• Familiarity with data contracts, governance, and lineage concepts.
• Experience in media, streaming, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Exposure to modern data architectures like lakehouse and ELT pipelines.
