Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

What you will do

• Act as lead architect for AI and automation solutions across key platforms
• Design end-to-end secure, scalable, supportable AI architectures for MSP operations
• Define and enforce SDLCs for automation and AI initiatives
• Build PoCs, reference architectures, and working solutions to validate designs
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-enabled automation improvements
• Advise service owners, delivery teams, and leadership on AI strategy and adoption
• Align solutions with best practices, security, and service requirements

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering AI/automation in MSP or service-led environments
• Strong hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell and/or Python
• Solid C#, REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration experience
• Strong MSP models knowledge (Service Desk, NOC/SOC, tooling, SLAs)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
