Location: Hybrid; must be based in New York City and work from the office at least three days per week

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy repeatable Generative AI agents as configurable solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer needs into standard templates and reusable components.
• Own the product vision for specific AI agents, iterating based on feedback to solve high-value financial use cases at scale.
• Consult with the core product team to prioritize platform features that enable faster AI application development.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in data science, software engineering, or product management with customer-facing work.
• Strong quantitative background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI applications specifically within the financial services sector.
• Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
