Salary: Austria: €70,200 - €132,000 gross annually; Lithuania: €5,200 - €8,700 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions using LLMs and ML.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP tools, AI assistants, and automation platforms.
• Define team goals and success metrics aligned with overall company objectives.
• Manage product execution and risk in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and launching AI products or features from scratch.
• Strong background in data science or machine learning roles.
• Experience owning ML projects from design through implementation and iteration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of mathematical and statistical principles.
