What you will do
- Own new-logo and retention targets for P&C TPA services and maintain a data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasts.
- Develop and codify a repeatable go-to-market (GTM) playbook and recruit sales talent as the company scales.
- Build strategic channel alliances with brokers, captive managers, and insurtech platforms.
- Lead complex deal execution, including discovery sessions, ROI modeling, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
- Act as an executive sponsor through onboarding and business reviews to drive upsell opportunities and protect renewals.
- Represent at industry conferences, webinars, and virtual forums to expand brand visibility and deal flow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling claims, TPA, or similar insurance solutions, with a history of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong network and ability to secure meetings with Chief Claims Officers and risk executives.
- Expertise in negotiating seven-figure deals and complex MSAs.
- Deep knowledge of P&C claims operations across auto, property, and warranty lines.
- Willingness to travel 50%+.
