What you will do

  • Own the full client relationship lifecycle, ensuring precision and accountability in all engagements.
  • Manage scheduling, reschedules, cancellations, and service additions while strictly adhering to client deadlines.
  • Act as a primary problem-solver to prevent issues and handle high-priority requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court reporters, and internal teams to ensure transparency.
  • Utilize cloud-based tools like Google Workspace and Slack to manage operations.
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to shape product development and internal culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in legal services.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence executive leadership.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
