What you will do

• Own portfolio of up to 25 live creators as main operational contact, leading bi-weekly performance calls and maintaining scheduling discipline.
• Prepare run-of-show for weekly live streams, monitor in real-time for chat support and quality checks, and deliver post-stream recaps with feedback.
• Track streaming commitments, engagement metrics, and contract compliance, escalating risks and documenting in CRM.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, maintain dashboards, and contribute to improving production framework.

Requirements

• Fluent English for clear writing and confident client-facing conversations.
• 2–4 years in account management, creator management, or digital operations, ideally at an agency.
• Hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational systems.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and driving actionable next steps.
• Proactive follow-up and attention to detail to prevent issues.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing content creators or live commerce platforms (TikTok Live, Amazon Live, Instagram Live).
