What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of creators within CRM pipelines to drive activation and growth.
• Execute structured outreach sequences and lead 1:1 calls to educate creators on platform value.
• Guide creators through key milestones including link creation and brand alignment.
• Drive measurable CGMV growth by influencing platform usage and monetization behaviors.
• Partner with Campaigns, Lifecycle, and RevOps teams to align on pipeline strategy and product insights.
• Track and optimize performance against core KPIs like meetings booked and activation rates.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-driving role such as Sales or Account Management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence behavior and drive outcomes through direct communication.
• Experience working within a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of social media, affiliate marketing, and the creator ecosystem.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect actions to revenue outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States.
