What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners including influencers, affiliates, and B2B associates.
• Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Conduct internal and external negotiations to secure high-impact deals.
• Nurture existing relationships to deepen partnerships and increase sales performance.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns while reporting on goals and results.
• Leverage data and CRM tools to drive actionable business growth decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Spain
• Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in partnership management, specifically influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales CRMs and web analytics tools.
• English: C1 level required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
