What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client success for a portfolio of high-profile integrated accounts.
• Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable strategies across paid media channels.
• Bridge the gap between paid media, performance content, and analytics to ensure a unified growth strategy.
• Manage, lead, and develop a team of Account Directors and Managers.
• Identify performance gaps and proactively course-correct based on category trends and platform changes.
• Own performance narratives, translating data into clear insights and actionable next steps for clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account services, or integrated growth roles within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multichannel client relationships with a focus on performance outcomes.
• Deep fluency in performance marketing mechanics, optimization levers, and paid media ecosystems.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Must be based in the USA and able to adhere to a hybrid work schedule in San Diego or NYC.
