What you will do
- Manage pricing requests and end-to-end deal approval workflows to ensure alignment with guidelines.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams, using AI tools to accelerate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
- Modernize operational workflows by replacing repetitive manual tasks with AI-assisted or automated solutions.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to build Tableau reporting for deal activity and performance trends.
- Track deal turnaround times against SLAs and implement fixes to improve throughput.
- Serve as the functional lead on commercial guidelines and deal standards for internal partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Yield Management, or Commercial Finance.
- Proven experience managing deal workflows, pricing processes, or approval systems.
- Proficiency using AI tools for documentation, workflow efficiency, and data synthesis.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Tableau.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience validating and refining AI-generated outputs in a commercial or financial context.
- Understanding of revenue management, rate cards, and discount structures.
- Strong commitment to experimenting with AI-enabled workflows.
