What you will do

  • Lead the creative strategy for AppLovin, establishing testing principles, frameworks, and performance patterns.
  • Build and manage a repeatable creative playbook to scale customer acquisition across multiple SKUs.
  • Conduct in-depth research on winning ad patterns, competitor activity, and audience psychology to distill actionable hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to interpret performance signals and influence campaign spend and repositioning.
  • Develop high-converting direct response ad concepts focusing on hooks, visual formats, and messaging angles.
  • Optimize the customer acquisition journey by refining offer framing, proof points, and calls to action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DTC performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
  • Proven expertise in developing ad concepts for paid acquisition and direct response environments.
  • Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies (iterating on hooks, angles, and formats).
  • Ability to think strategically across multiple SKUs and connect creative decisions to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with growth marketers or media buyers to shape campaign direction.
  • Must be based in Belgium, France, Georgia, Ireland, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, or Spain
