What you will do

  • Own the creative strategy for TikTok as a growth channel, spanning organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop.
  • Conduct deep research into TikTok trends, competitor activity, and creator ecosystems to distill actionable hooks and scripts.
  • Build and manage a continuous testing pipeline for hooks, formats, and messaging angles to identify winning patterns.
  • Develop full-funnel content, from awareness and discovery to conversion-focused assets for TikTok Shop.
  • Optimize key conversion levers including pacing, CTAs, product demonstrations, and social proof.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Paid Media, and UGC creators to scale high-performing creatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DTC creative strategy, performance creative, or growth-focused content development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content and direct response thinking.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok's platform dynamics, including trends and shopping behavior.
  • Proven ability to execute creative testing methodologies and iterate based on performance data.
  • Ability to bridge brand storytelling with commercial, conversion-oriented outcomes.
  • Must be based in Belgium, France, Georgia, Ireland, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, or Spain.
