What you will do

• Serve as senior creative lead in client pitches, presentations, and strategic storytelling.
• Oversee design, copywriting, art direction, video production, and content strategy across channels.
• Build scalable workflows and production models for high-volume creative output.
• Partner with performance and analytics teams to data-optimize creative and improve ROI.
• Lead omnichannel content development while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary creative teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years in creative roles with significant leadership in brand and performance marketing
• Proven ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary teams in design, content, video, and strategy
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, web, video, print, and integrated campaigns
• Experience in client-facing leadership, pitching concepts, and influencing stakeholders
• Deep understanding of creative's impact on engagement, conversion, and marketing performance
• Strong communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with modern creative tools and integrating technologies like AI
