What you will do

• Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Develop expert concepts, directions, and briefs specifically designed to sell products via short-form video.
• Translate performance data (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR) into actionable creative iterations.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce static ads, animations, and UGC content.
• Present creative work and strategic rationales to stakeholders and clients with confidence.
• Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to increase the speed and volume of creative output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of creative strategy experience on performance ad programs, focusing on short-form video and statics.
• Proven experience driving creative strategy specifically on Meta.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to storyboard, cut, and ship ads independently (strategy-only profiles will not be considered).
• Expertise in performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and hook retention.
• Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work with evidence of how it impacted specific metrics.
