What you will do

• Design and deliver solutions for high-stakes clients including Fortune 500, PR firms, and government agencies under aggressive SLAs.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities into business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build compelling proofs of concept, demos, Smart Alerts, RiskWand monitoring, AI reports, and custom dashboards across 26+ social platforms.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer success for client requirements and onboarding.
• Shape product roadmap with feedback from client engagements and emerging use cases.

Requirements

• Solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting experience in SaaS, AI/ML, analytics, or enterprise security, with Fortune 500 clients.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, software integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience with enterprise clients in regulated industries like financial services or government.
• Excellent communication for demos and workshops to diverse audiences from analysts to C-suite.
• Self-directed in fast-paced startup environments, managing multiple engagements.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in social media analytics, brand monitoring, crisis management, or intelligence operations.
• Background in AI/ML concepts like NLP, computer vision, or sentiment analysis.
