What you will do

• Provide leadership in delivering quality, operational, and reliability results for MBSE tools and processes.
• Manage training processes, develop documentation including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials aligned with MDA goals.
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate data models into reusable MBSE standards and evolve the MBSE environment.
• Support user engagement, seek feedback, and implement improvements for better user experience.
• Outline onboarding and rollout plans for new projects, including schedules, training needs, and infrastructure impact.
• Design reports and metrics from MBSE tools, seek best practices, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years general full-time work experience
• 5+ years directly related experience
• 6+ months in management or leadership role
• Experience managing technical support for front-end components of MBSE Suite
• Experience coordinating with external vendors (ELM IBM, Dassault, Sodus, Atlassian)
• Strong customer-focused interaction skills, analyzing technical issues, and contributing to solutions
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
