What you will do

• Administer government research agreements including organizing for signatures via DocuSign and monitoring status.
• Advise faculty and administrators on agreement status, financial info, agency policies, and hirify.global procedures.
• Liaise with faculty, government reps, Research Finance, and enter data into RISe and internal databases.
• Verify documents, process budget increases in RISe, and coordinate payments with Research Finance.
• Respond to inquiries and perform related administrative duties.

Requirements

• High School graduation plus one year post-secondary plus four years related experience or equivalent.
• Computer experience with Microsoft, Adobe; hirify.global systems (RISe, DocuSign) preferred.
• Experience with legal documents at paralegal level, basic accounting, and research policies strongly preferred.
• Effective communication, analytical, organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, tact with confidential matters; work independently and in team.
