What you will do
- Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate on paid and partnership channels like affiliates, direct mail, social, and emerging ad networks.
- Shape innovative channel roadmap and make strategic cases for investments.
- Apply marketing fundamentals (targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages) across novel channels.
- Pioneer AI agents for marketing operations, testing, and workflows.
- Design experiments, analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with product, data, and creative teams to build channel infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years in performance/growth marketing across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms).
- Consulting background (MBB preferred) for structuring problems and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of marketing levers and quantitative analysis of full-funnel metrics.
- Creative acumen for compelling creative and collaboration with designers/copywriters.
- Experience/excitement with AI tools/agents in marketing.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and ownership in ambiguous environments.
