What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior institutional leaders, translating their priorities into a roadmap of executable initiatives.
- Co-develop multi-year success plans aligning platform capabilities with partner goals and student success strategies.
- Lead a portfolio of 1–3 concurrent strategic initiatives per partner, defining scope, success metrics, and executive alignment.
- Conduct business reviews and present strategy recommendations to maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Own partner retention and success goals, including product adoption, platform utilization, and NPS targets.
- Drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring successful renewals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of professional experience in education technology (EdTech).
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or engagement management at a tech or systems integration firm.
- Proven executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex political dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills to build ROI narratives and present data to non-technical executives.
- Experience leading commercial conversations, including renewals and upsells.
