What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation projects from installation to validation.
• Manage approximately 6 simultaneous projects, ensuring they remain on budget and meet internal success criteria.
• Onboard partners and provide product training to diverse roles, such as advisors and registrars, to drive high adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners to build trust and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing to align timelines and unblock project bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching complex modular platforms within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementations without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to teach complex products to a wide range of users.
• Comfortable working with data, troubleshooting spreadsheets, and handling CSV files.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
