What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary client contact.
• Configure and deploy the hirify.global environment to align with client needs and platform best practices.
• Advise government clients on optimizing product value and manage end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with software engineers on API integrations, data conversion, and business logic requirements.
• Deliver formal training and knowledge transfer to client project teams and end-users.
• Track client issues and proactively troubleshoot problems to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineering, or business consulting.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or construction sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to perform in a remote environment while aligned with the DC region.
