Salary: $117,000 - $127,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage 6-8 customer implementations, ensuring setup according to product and industry best practices.
• Analyze new customer business requirements to configure accounts post-sale.
• Optimize existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.
• Actively identify growth opportunities within managed accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, technical consulting, or financial analysis.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to comply with the hybrid work policy (3 days in office).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce.
• Commercial Real Estate background.
• Experience with other Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
