• Build and ship new products and features from conception to production.

• Mentor junior engineers and elevate the technical expertise of the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 8+ years of experience building applications.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript.
• Proficiency with frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS) stacks.
• Proven experience in a product-focused startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong leadership skills and a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
