Location: Remote, must be based in Canada
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Drive discussions and resolve operational frictions and client relations matters for major US Health Insurance clients.
- Lead strategic reviews (QBRs) that map technical delivery to the client's business outcomes.
- Manage the financial health, retention, and strategic expansion of the assigned account portfolio.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to optimize billable hours and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Gather field intelligence and market trends to inform product evolution and ensure market-fit.
- Lead the contract renewal process and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 8+ years of experience in account management or product management working with Payers (Health Plans).
- Functional knowledge of healthcare interoperability and FHIR standards.
- Understanding of CMS regulatory bodies and their business impact on Payer organizations.
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on strategic business value.
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field.
