What you will do

• Own member-facing shopping and search experience across web and mobile
• Partner with data and ML teams on natural-language search, intent parsing, matching, and ranking
• Design price display for copays, bundled services, and visit inclusions
• Build provider comparison features including ratings, distance, availability, and filters
• Manage full discovery to pre-visit flow handling edge cases like out-of-network and prior auth
• Conduct usability studies, review support tickets, and define key metrics like search-to-selection rate and price-match accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years product management, 2+ years owning consumer-facing surface at scale
• Experience shipping search, marketplace, or e-commerce with price, inventory, and relevance
• Comfort reading SQL, reasoning about taxonomies, discussing ranking and precision with engineers
• Strong design instincts and tight design partnerships for simple flows
• Clear writing, crisp specs, and efficient communication
• Comfort with ambiguity and enterprise partners like Fortune 50 clients

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience in provider directory, claims, eligibility, or benefits
• Familiarity with natural-language search, intent classification, or recommendations
• Early-stage startup experience building processes
