Salary: $24–$26 per hour

What you will do
- Enroll and onboard children and caregivers into the pediatric care program.
- Conduct research on attributed patients to identify healthcare needs and potential barriers to enrollment.
- Perform telephonic outreach to caregivers and other healthcare professionals, including DME companies and pharmacies.
- Handle inbound calls from caregivers, health plan service coordinators, and hospital discharge planners.
- Educate caregivers on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program eligibility.
- Collaborate with Provider Engagement Specialists for on-site outreach at PCP offices and residential facilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare care coordination, community health, patient engagement, or sales.
- Proven success in a centralized contact center environment.
- Strong active listening and communication skills with the ability to handle complex objections.
- Strong ability to build trust and relationships with caregivers and healthcare organizations.
- Reliable transportation and internet access required.
- Must be located in or able to regularly travel to Kansas City, MO.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
