What you will do

• Respond to referrals and verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Obtain and track required physician documentation and secure insurance authorizations.
• Engage with patients and caregivers to determine supply needs and communicate case status.
• Document all communications and process updates within the system to ensure timely delivery setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in common office software (word processing, spreadsheets).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting reports and interpreting professional documents.
