What you will do
- Respond to referrals and verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
- Obtain and track required physician documentation and secure insurance authorizations.
- Engage with patients and caregivers to determine supply needs and communicate case status.
- Document all communications and process updates within the system to ensure timely delivery setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in common office software (word processing, spreadsheets).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting reports and interpreting professional documents.
