What you will do

• Interact with and support patients via phone, chat, and email in English and French.
• Manage care coordination, including platform sign-up, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments to refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
• Manage member crises, such as suicide risk, by providing triage, safety planning, and follow-up support.
• Provide psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health and substance use concerns.
• Research and document crisis resources for members across various countries.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a behavioral health field (Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychotherapist).
• Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist in your US state or country of residence.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
• Full bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in English and French.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm EST.

• Fluency in French Canadian or Spanish.
