What you will do
- Partner with the people team and departments to anticipate recruitment needs and conduct workforce planning.
- Execute direct sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage passive technical candidates.
- Develop and manage talent pools for key hires and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
- Design and deliver employer branding activities on social media and career sites to attract diverse talent.
- Coach and train hiring managers on interviewing skills and recruitment best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience via ATS, ensuring high satisfaction and brand reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent substantial working experience.
- CIPD or other professional recruitment-related certifications.
- Extensive experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Proven track record of sourcing technical roles, specifically software developers.
- Experience with international recruitment and managing candidate flows through an ATS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
