What you will do

  • Partner with the people team and departments to anticipate recruitment needs and conduct workforce planning.
  • Execute direct sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage passive technical candidates.
  • Develop and manage talent pools for key hires and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
  • Design and deliver employer branding activities on social media and career sites to attract diverse talent.
  • Coach and train hiring managers on interviewing skills and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience via ATS, ensuring high satisfaction and brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent substantial working experience.
  • CIPD or other professional recruitment-related certifications.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • Proven track record of sourcing technical roles, specifically software developers.
  • Experience with international recruitment and managing candidate flows through an ATS.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
