What you will do

• Own the Agent experience, creating a low-code workspace for internal teams and evolving it into a customer-facing AI customization platform.
• Drive platform reliability and developer velocity by owning the documentation, runtime, router, and orchestration layer.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate results by owning RAG pipelines, data connectors, and knowledge infrastructure.
• Partner with R&D teams across Safety, Dispatch, and Maintenance to unblock agent development and define platform priorities.
• Champion and embed corporate cultural principles while scaling the platform globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles.
• Proven track-record of driving measurable business impact through shipped products.
• Experience defining and executing roadmaps for complex technical platform areas such as core infrastructure or AI platforms.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to establish immediate credibility with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to customers and senior executives.
• Must be residing in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Track record of driving developer velocity and adoption using metrics like internal NPS or time-to-onboard.
• Experience defining and operationalizing quality/evaluation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building 0→1 foundational products.
