What you will do

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for voice automation initiatives including AI voice agents and conversational intelligence.
• Identify and prioritize high-value voice automation opportunities across patient, provider, and internal journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and deliver scalable AI voice solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies like LLMs, ASR/TTS engines, and voice analytics.
• Develop and track success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with business and operations for seamless adoption and workflow integration.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience designing, launching, and scaling voice automation or conversational AI products like AI-powered IVRs or virtual assistants.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, ASR, TTS, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in AI model evaluation, data curation for voice systems, and working with APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related; 5+ years in software development or digital product management.
