Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA - 6-Month Contract (Portugal)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM and Tech roles, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers.
• Engage passive candidates and build pipelines for current and future needs across EMEA and APAC.
• Foster referral culture and commit to DEI by sourcing diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, coach them, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and contribute to TA process improvements and employer branding.

Requirements

• Native level English.
• 1-2 years in-house recruiting experience at a SaaS tech company, primarily for GTM roles.
• Experience hiring Technical roles and leading full-cycle processes.
• Proven sourcing skills for passive candidates; proficiency in recruiting tools, ATS, data reporting.
• Experience implementing AI in hiring; results-oriented with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Hiring G&A roles or in APAC/US.
• Understanding of cloud management space; additional languages.
• BA in HR or related field; remote hiring experience.
