Salary: 11 000 - 14 000 PLN gross (Permanent) or 70 - 90 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer for technical roles, primarily software engineering.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across different locations to align expectations and drive decisions.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn and creative sourcing techniques.
- Leverage market insights and AI-based tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
- Track key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of scalable recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the IT sector.
- Proven track record in sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and confidently driving hiring processes.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience using ATS (e.g., Lever, Personio).
- Excellent written and verbal English and Polish skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work in Krakow (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience working in international or multi-location environments.
- Experience hiring for PHP, React, Data Engineering, and Project Management roles.
