TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT): Managing end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineering roles across multiple locations with an accent on proactive sourcing and stakeholder management. Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland)

Salary: 11 000 - 14 000 PLN gross (Permanent) or 70 - 90 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer for technical roles, primarily software engineering.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across different locations to align expectations and drive decisions.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Leverage market insights and AI-based tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the IT sector.
  • Proven track record in sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and confidently driving hiring processes.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience using ATS (e.g., Lever, Personio).
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Polish skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Krakow (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience working in international or multi-location environments.
  • Experience hiring for PHP, React, Data Engineering, and Project Management roles.
