What you will do

  • Oversee HR systems setup, administration, maintenance, and daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to align HCM systems with business needs.
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows for HR activities like open enrollment, performance management, merit planning, and talent management.
  • Manage system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and serve as primary contact for HRIS support and training.
  • Conduct audits, build reports, trackers, and dashboards to support data-driven HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Lead HCM projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide leadership to HR Operations team, including mentorship, performance reviews, work planning, and fostering a learning culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years with HR systems and technology; 5+ years Workday experience; 5+ years managing a team
  • Experience implementing new enterprise systems
  • Experience with UKG/Ultipro preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HCM functionality, reporting, data analysis, and HR processes (open enrollment, merit planning, performance management)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Project management skills to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
