AE Team Lead (Germany): Lead a pod of Account Executives selling AI-powered ERP automation to senior executives in industrial and retail companies with an accent on quota attainment, deal coaching, and performance ownership. Focus on running pipeline reviews, coaching through complex multi-stakeholder cycles, and hiring top talent to scale the team.

Location: Onsite in Munich, Cologne, or Dusseldorf (Germany); or London (UK). Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, one of these locations.

What you will do

  • Lead a pod of AEs to hit quotas with fast ramps and high productivity.
  • Carry personal quota, closing complex deals with CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and objection handling.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop AEs while owning forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with VP of Sales to refine playbooks and share frontline insights.
  • Stay ahead of ERP and AI trends for competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and strong professional fluency in English.
  • 5+ years B2B software sales in SaaS/enterprise to senior buyers.
  • Track record of quota attainment and 1-2 years people leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder groups in Finance, Procurement, Ops, IT, Sales.
  • Comfort in fast-scaling environments with strong individual contributor skills.
  • Data-literate for translating pipeline into coaching actions.
