What you will do

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
  • Research and build accounts through rigorous outbound calling, strategic email, and social campaigns.
  • Perform business analysis of inbound and outbound prospects to personalize engagement.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English.
  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Effective use of AI models to accelerate impact.
